Job Description
Strong Tower Partners is recruiting experienced Mortgage Loan Officers and Mortgage Team Leaders for a confidential, rapidly growing Texas-based financial institution with nearly $3 billion in assets.
Qualifications:
Active NMLS license or ability to obtain
3+ years of mortgage lending experience
$5M–$10M+ in current or previous-year loan production
Strong book of business with established Realtor and builder relationships
Proven business development and referral success
